Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“you”) and Free TCF (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for your use of the TCF app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

  • We offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store: Weekly USD 9.99, Monthly USD 19.99, and 3-Month USD 49.99 (local currency may vary by store and tax). No free trial is provided unless explicitly shown in the App Store at purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel at any time in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • If Apple provides a refund, it will follow Apple’s refund rules. We cannot process refunds directly for purchases made through Apple.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

  • To avoid renewal, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Renewal price equals the price shown for your selected plan at purchase time (weekly, monthly, or 3-month).
  • Manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions; uninstalling the app will not cancel.

Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Content, questions, and AI outputs are provided for learning assistance only; you are responsible for how you use them.

Account and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hi@freetcf.com.

Intellectual property

All content and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, including misuse of the Service or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation of a subscription is handled in Apple ID Settings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or on our site. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
